ROCK THE SALISH SEA TOUR
Every Spring, Holly Arntzen and Kevin Wright, along with The Wilds, embark on a seven school tour. Since 2016 the tour has been called... ROCK THE SALISH SEA! and has graced the stages in communities around this precious inland ocean and those connected through their watersheds. Each school involved takes part in a 4-day Voices of Nature School Music Program. The program culminates in a concert that celebrates the conservation of the Salish Sea, the surrounding watersheds and the living things that depend on them. In some communities schools promote a used tire round up and receive a $500 honourarium from Tire Stewardship BC, plus $1 a tire over 100 collected.

The tour sponsors and partners have included Tire Stewardship BC, Pacific Salmon Foundation, Medications Return Program, Electronic Products Recycling Association, BC Used Oil Management Association, Port of Vancouver, Somenos Marsh Wildlife Society.
