EDMONTON, AB - 2015

Water for Life Edmonton took place at the 2500-seat Jubilee Auditorium. It involved the

6-piece Wilds band, a feature choir from Centennial and Holy Family schools and over 2000 elementary students in the audience who had been learning the songs to sing along. The show was hosted by the University of Alberta and presented by The Alberta Water and Wastewater Operators' Association. Other sponsors included The City of Edmonton, PCL Construction, Alberta Beverage Container Recycling Corporation, ReLumen Engineering, Shanked Recycling and Aqua Air Systems. The show aired on CTV2 in Alberta and twice on KSPS - PBS in Spokane, WA.

BURNABY, BC - 2011

The first Water for Life TV special and concert took place in Burnaby, BC and weaved together the river stories and images of Mark Angelo, founder of World Rivers Day, with the ecological songs of Holly Arntzen and Kevin Wright, performed with the band and a 160-voice choir of local school children from Brentwood Park Elementary School. The concert used music, images, stories and scientific information to entertain, engage and educate people about what is happening with our rivers, and fresh water worldwide, and also inspire people to change behaviors and preserve these lifelines of our planet. The show aired during prime time on GlobalBC and received the top ratings in its time slot.
